The mind and the body act on each other. If we are worried or
grief-stick en, we become weak in body. Worry may cause headache and other
physical ailments. Conversely, if we are ill, we will become worried. A man
suffering from indigestion may get angry and cause a lot of unhappiness to
the people around him. Physical health is essential to happiness. If the body
is strong and healthy, the mind will also be healthy. We will then be
cheerful and will be able to work with confidence. It is therefore out duty
to deep ourselves physically fit by taking regular exercises.
